OUR RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

We hope you love your products, however if for any reason you would like to return your order please check the following guidelines.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and unworn as per the original order in the same way you received it. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could result in a refusal for refund and your item being returned back to you.

Email butterflywhisperlimited@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase to let us know you would like to return your item.

Once authorised you then have a further 14 days to send your return to:-

 If you do return your item then the shipping charges remain your responsibility. The  package will need to be sent back to us by either Royal Mail signed for 1st Class or Royal mail signed for 2nd Class with the tracking number as soon as your item has been sent.

As soon as your item has been returned to us we will inspect the goods to see they meet the returns guidelines.

Should the goods show any sign of wear, stains, makeup, perfume, damage then your request for an exchange will be rejected.

If your exchange is authorised, we will process the exchange providing we have the item you require in stock.

If we do not have the item you want we will then offer you a refund. The refund will be made to the original payment method used and can take up to 14 days to credit your account.
